What to do if an NT exception is detected

The doctor saw the NT results and immediately suggested to do a non-invasive investigation to check whether the fetus has common abnormal problems such as 21 – trisomy, 18 – trisomy, 13 – trisomy.
Non-invasive is done in about 13 weeks, a tube of blood is drawn, 2,000 yuan is paid, and medical insurance is not allowed. It took more than a month, and my hair turned white.

I changed hospitals and went to the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital to get an expert number in the prenatal genetic diagnosis department.
The doctor suggested that I wait for 22 weeks before doing sheep piercing, because non-invasive still cannot rule out other problems, and it does not reflect whether there are problems with other chromosomes.
And the doctor seriously told me that the NT 4.9 ordinary sheep wear would not work, and a “chromosomal CMA microarray” must be done. It’s the most expensive one, costing about 20,000 yuan. But you can see the ordering of the chromosomes, maximizing the exclusion of abnormalities.
Come on, I signed a lot of documents and made an appointment for Sheep Wear. There is also a small risk of miscarriage in sheep wear, and many informed consent forms are required. So I waited tormented for more than a month to 22 weeks, and after the sheep piercing was done, I still had to wait a month for the results.

1. Try to make an appointment with NT as early as possible, we have waited 11 weeks to make an appointment. Our NT was done very late, about 13 weeks later, which is equivalent to a delay than the ideal time, and the entire subsequent pregnancy test was delayed accordingly.
2. When encountering problems in the obstetric examination, be sure to check more information and ask the doctor, learn from various sources, and don’t scare yourself, the mentality is very important!
3. Some maternity tests can be subsidized. Go ask the community, generally do sheep wear and non-invasive as if the community can subsidize, the community subsidized me 500 yuan for the inspection fee. After all, raising a child is a huge project that is time-consuming and expensive, and we have to save some unnecessary money.
