The Department of Encephalopathy of Enshi Central Hospital will carry out a “Clinical Trial Study on Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Toutongning Capsules in Treating Migraine (Blood Stasis Syndrome) Patients”, which is now open to the public. Recruit patients, and all patients who meet the requirements through pre-enrollment screening will have the opportunity to participate in the clinical study.
【Research Background】
Toutongning Capsule is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation approved by the Provincial Food and Drug Administration and independently developed by Enshi Central Hospital. It has been used in the hospital for more than 20 years and is widely praised by patients. . At present, with the strong support of the Provincial Health Commission and the Provincial Food and Drug Administration, the hospital has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Grand Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd., which will make full use of the professional advantages and resources of both sides of the hospital and enterprises to conduct comprehensive research in the field of drug research and development. Cooperation in all directions to promote pharmaceutical preparations and cutting-edge innovative research, achievement transformation and development and marketing. Toutongning Capsules, as a “star homemade medicine”, will be developed and marketed in advance.
In order to more objectively understand the efficacy of Toutongning Capsules in the treatment of migraine, so that more migraine patients have the opportunity to control and improve their condition, the headache expert team of Enshi Central Hospital’s Department of Encephalopathy launched this research project.
1. Objectives of the study
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Toutongning Capsules in the treatment of migraine (blood stasis syndrome) patients.
2. Eligibility criteria
(1) Age between 18 and 60 years old, age of first migraine attack ≤ 50 years old;
(2) Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosed as headache disease, and the syndrome differentiation is blood stasis block syndrome;
(3) The duration of migraine is ≥1 year, the number of attacks is ≥2 times per month in the past 3 months, and the number of headache days per month is 15 days or more. The following;
(4) The patient himself signed the informed consent voluntarily.
