I. Entry personnel
The “7-day centralized isolation medical “Observation + 3-day home health monitoring” management measures, carry out a nucleic acid test on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of centralized isolation medical observation, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the third day of home health monitoring. Do not go out during the home health monitoring period. For example, in special circumstances such as medical treatment, you must take personal protection when going out, and try to avoid taking public transportation.
Those who enter our province and whose destination is our province will be closed-loop transferred from the destination epidemic prevention and control headquarters to the destination to implement home health after 7 days of centralized isolation for medical observation. Monitor for 3 days. Persons who enter our province and whose destination is other provinces will be closed-loop transferred from the epidemic prevention and control headquarters at the place of entry to the special channel for leaving Hubei after 7 days of centralized isolation for medical observation. Persons who enter from other provinces and whose destination is our province will be closed-loop transferred to the destination by the destination epidemic prevention and control headquarters at the first entry gate to Hubei. Those who have been quarantined for 7 days for medical observation will be implemented for 3 days after coming (returning) to Hubei. Home health monitoring; if the centralized isolation medical observation is less than 7 days, after coming (returning) to Hubei, make up the centralized isolation medical observation time and implement home health monitoring for 3 days.
II. Persons from other provinces (returning) to Hubei
(1) Active health declaration
Make a health declaration in advance through any of the following methods, and fill in your personal information truthfully:
1. Log in to the “Hubei Ban” APP – Health code—self-reporting for reporting;
2. Log in to the “Alipay” APP—Hubei Health Code—self-reporting for reporting;
3. Log in to the “WeChat” APP – Wuhan War Epidemic – Health Code – Come (return) to the Han reporting system for reporting (only for those whose destination is Wuhan);
4. Log in to the website for self-application for reporting: http://wjwsqpczdsb.chutianyun.gov.cn:16096/communityz/
5. Other official-recognized self-reporting channels are used for reporting, and local officials are responsible for the final interpretation.
All people who come (return) to Hubei from other provinces will pass the green code of Hubei health code after entering Hubei. Work units or living hotels (hotels) take the initiative to report, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, scanning health codes, checking itinerary codes, nucleic acid testing, and health management.
(2) Management of personnel coming to (returning to) Hubei from risk areas
1. Living in high-risk areas within the past 7 days Personnel from history who came (returned) to Hubei were subject to 7-day centralized isolation medical observation, and nucleic acid tests were carried out on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of the centralized isolation medical observation. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.
2. Those who came (returned) to Hubei with a history of living in medium-risk areas in the past 7 days shall be subject to 7-day home isolation medical observation. Nucleic acid testing will be carried out every 7 days; if the conditions for home isolation medical observation are not met, centralized isolation medical observation will be implemented.
3. Those who have traveled to (returned to) Hubei in the past 7 days in low-risk areas (other areas in the counties (cities, districts, banners) where the medium and high-risk areas are located), Two nucleic acid tests should be completed within 3 days after arriving in Hubei, and health monitoring should be done.
4. Persons with a history of living in the epidemic area within the past 7 days. After assessment, when the scale of the epidemic is large, there is widespread community transmission, and the risk of spillover is high, home health monitoring, community health monitoring, and health management measures corresponding to high and medium risk areas are adopted.
From July 3, 2022 (inclusive) in Shanghai; in the past 7 days, there are Fangcheng and Dongxing in Fangchenggang City, Guangxi, Jingxi City in Baise City, Yunnan Province People who came to Hubei and returned to Hubei from Jinping County, Honghe Prefecture, Fuqing City, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and Yining City, Ili Prefecture, Xinjiang, will be tested for nucleic acid on the ground, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the third day.
For since June 22, 2022 (inclusive), there has been Beihai City, Guangxi; since July 1 (inclusive), there has been Lanzhou City, Gansu Province; 7-day community health monitoring was implemented for people who came to and returned to Hubei from Gannan and Linxia prefectures in Gansu province and Shenzhen in Guangdong province.
