At present, thrombolysis or thrombectomy is mainly used for ischemic stroke. Thrombolytic therapy is to dissolve the thrombus blocked in the cerebral blood vessels through thrombolytic drugs, so that the occluded blood vessels can be recanalized; Thrombolytic therapy is mainly aimed at the occlusion of large intracranial blood vessels, and a special device is used to remove the thrombus and restore the blood flow at the occluded location. Chen Hanchun emphasized that the effects of these two treatment methods are relatively obvious and can complement each other, but the time requirement is very high.
