Brush in the morning, brush at night, and brush your teeth without cavities…”7 On March 15th, party members and volunteers from Dongshan Street Health Center in Dongxihu District went to Dongxin Community, Dongshan Street, to give a lecture on the knowledge of little dentists on the love of teeth for the children in the youth summer care class. Ding Xing, a nurse in the Department of Public Health, patiently explained the common sense of tooth protection to the children in a relaxed and humorous way, taught them how to brush their teeth correctly and how to protect their teeth, and did an oral examination for every child present.
At the lecture, the children put on white lab coats and doctor’s caps to play the role of “little dentists”. Under the guidance of the medical staff of Dongshan Street Health Center, the “little dentist” began to examine the teeth of the good friend next to him. The teachers in the custody class couldn’t help laughing at the attentive eyes and “skillful” movements of the little cuties, and from time to time came forward to “like” them. The children who experienced being a “dentist” for the first time were both excited and nervous. With the patient help of Nurse Ding Xing, they successfully completed the work of a small dentist.
