Data from the National Health and Medical Commission shows that by the end of 2020, the coverage of family doctor contracts in my country has increased significantly, and the contracting rate of key populations has increased from 28.33% in 2015 to 75.46%. The composition of the family doctor contract service team has been further enriched. For example, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province has established a “1+1+X” family doctor contract with 1 district-level expert, 1 general practitioner and 1 nursing staff or public health personnel. The service team provides health consultation and medical consultation for special groups such as the elderly and chronic diseases.
