Since the Qin and Han dynasties, Lanzhou has become an important town for the central dynasty to develop and operate the northwest with its important status as the ferry of the Yellow River and the Silk Road. In particular, Wang Jianfan of Mingsu Province, and the Qing Dynasty as the provincial capital, Lanzhou’s status is more important. This picture is the south gate tower of Yanchang Fort.
