Good season: Herpetic angina can occur all year round. In the south, especially southern China, Summer is the peak period, and another small peak is autumn. This epidemic feature may be related to the virus’ better survivability in humid and hot environments.

But there are also a few more serious, which require active medical evaluation.
Common manifestations of herpetic angina:

②Laryngeal herpes: The most characteristic manifestations are congestion and yellow/grey papular herpetic lesions found on throat examination . The herpes is a papule at first, and vesicles develop within 24 hours. The diameter of the herpes is generally 1-2mm, and there is an erythematous halo around it.
About 24 hours later, the herpes ruptured, leaving a 3-4mm diameter, yellow or light gray ulcer with obvious red edges.
③Pain: Due to the formation of ulcer, older children will complain of obvious pain, and in small infants, it is often manifested as Crying, irritability, refusal to milk, obvious drooling, and even vomiting.

What medicine is used for herpetic angina to heal quickly?
We all know that herpetic angina is caused by a “viral infection”. So unless there is a bacterial infection, otherwise cannot use “antibiotics”, that is, can’t use these things↓↓↓
Because antibiotics are mainly used to treat “bacterial infections”, they are ineffective against “viral infections”! Abusing it can even disrupt the balance of intestinal flora, causing symptoms such as diarrhea.
Even if there is co-bacterial infection, it is necessary to follow the doctor’s order to take medicine after examination in the hospital.
