Afterwards, the ophthalmology teacher vividly explained to the students what myopia is, the causes of myopia, the hazards of myopia, and the scientific prevention and control of myopia, etc. It is emphasized that students should not indulge in online games, use less electronic products, increase outdoor activities, and protect the “window of the soul” from their daily study and life. Teachers also guide students to balance nutrition, eat more fish, fresh fruits, green vegetables and other foods that are good for vision health. In terms of diet, you should consume more high-protein diets and foods rich in calcium, and choose low-sugar or sugar-free foods to provide sufficient material basis for maintaining eye health.
