She told everyone that sunshine mentality is the cornerstone of mental health. Only when sunshine is poured into the bottom of my heart can we praise a good mentality and life will have youthful vitality. At the same time, four “magic passwords” are put forward on how to maintain the sunshine mentality of shaping oneself: I am the best! Thank you! It doesn’t matter! help me! Guide the team members to care for themselves, understand themselves, accept themselves, improve their psychological quality, and then love others, the society, and the motherland.
All classes in the school held a mental health-themed class meeting with the theme of “Tolerance, Courteousness, Friendship Blooms”. In the class meeting, the students deeply understood the meaning of friends: respecting friends, praising friends, gaining new friends, and gaining happiness. They also collected information through the Internet and books, and expressed their inner feelings in the form of pictures and texts, showing their positive and healthy mentality.
