I am a nurse at the Capital Institute of Pediatrics. I joined the Cardiac Surgery Department in August 2015 and am now the Head Nurse of Cardiac Surgery.
In April 2022, the epidemic situation in Beijing will be severe again. After seeing the notice to go to Xiaotangshan Fangcai Hospital to support the fight against the epidemic, as a nurse, I took the initiative to sign up, hoping to contribute to the front line. On April 28, I was very honored to be selected by the hospital to carry out the anti-epidemic task. I was extremely proud and deeply felt that the task was arduous.

As soon as I put down my luggage, I started various trainings: putting on and taking off isolation gowns, theoretical knowledge of the new crown, use of the medical HIS system… Facing the unfamiliar working environment, unfamiliar online system, work flow to be established, and changes in epidemic prevention and control, my colleagues and I have no complaints. Manage and work together to quickly formulate and optimize various workflows.
On May 4th, our second isolation unit with the Children’s Hospital Officially open the cabin to treat patients. At one o’clock in the morning, I received a call from the head of the nursing team: “Minghe, can you be the first night shift team leader?” As a young head nurse and an activist for joining the party, I immediately got up and rushed He went to the isolation unit and cooperated with other team members to complete the admission and treatment of the first batch of isolation personnel as expected.
” Tangshan Fangcai Hospital, are you afraid?” Facing the inquiries from my family and friends, I thought about it seriously, and it seemed that I was really not afraid. As a nurse, of course I know the dangers of the new crown virus; the reason why I am not afraid is because I know that behind me is the Capital Pediatric Institute I love and a strong motherland. I believe in the basic skills of business training in the Beijing Institute, I believe in my comrades in arms, and I believe in more people who give silently behind them. Everyone is twisted into a rope, working hard for a common goal, and we will succeed!
There is not a winter insurmountable, and there is not a spring that will not come. Since supporting the epidemic, I have gained a lot of emotion, but also gained pride and pride as a leader.
