my country is a country with a high incidence of gastrointestinal tumors. The new cases and deaths of gastric cancer account for 42.6% and 45% of the global total, respectively. The morbidity and mortality rank second and third among all tumors in my country. The third place, and showing an upward trend year by year, brings a greater burden to patients, families, medical institutions and the country.
The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in my country is as high as 46.7%. Helicobacter pylori is an important factor leading to gastric cancer and has been clearly classified as a carcinogen. About 90% are not near End gastric cancer is associated with its infection. Both domestic and international authoritative guideline consensus recommends that Helicobacter pylori eradication should be the primary preventive measure for gastric cancer.
However, in recent years, the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in my country has shown a downward trend. Problems such as poor patient compliance result in an unsatisfactory first eradication rate, which brings many challenges to the prevention and control of gastric cancer.
