The scope of this special inspection should achieve full coverage of private hospitals above the second level and private hospitals with more than 50 beds in the jurisdiction. The inspection content mainly includes 15 items in four aspects: institutional setup, standardized practice, operation management, and epidemic prevention and control:

1. Hospital naming.
