The responsibility system for overall nursing is effectively implemented, and nursing services are closer to the needs of the masses and society. The connotation and extension of nursing have been further enriched and expanded, and the supply of elderly, traditional Chinese medicine, community and home nursing services has increased significantly. The scientific management level of nursing has been continuously improved, the quality of nursing services has been continuously improved, and the institutional mechanisms for mobilizing the enthusiasm of the nurse team have been further improved.
The main tasks proposed by the plan include:
First, improve the nursing service system. Optimize the layout of nursing resources and increase the supply of nursing services.
The second is to strengthen the construction of nurses. Continue to increase the number of nurses, strengthen the training and training of nurses, protect the legitimate rights and interests of nurses, and mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses.

The fourth is to make up for the shortcomings of nursing. Accelerate the development of geriatric medical care, implement geriatric medical care improvement actions, improve primary care service capabilities, and accelerate the development of palliative care.
The fifth is to strengthen the construction of nursing informatization. Make full use of cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, blockchain and mobile Internet and other information technology, combined with the development of smart hospitals and “Internet + medical health” and other requirements, and strive to strengthen the construction of nursing informatization.
The sixth is to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Improve and perfect traditional Chinese medicine nursing routines, programs and technical operation standards. Actively carry out syndrome differentiation nursing and TCM specialty nursing, and continuously improve the quality of TCM nursing services.
The seventh is to strengthen nursing exchanges and cooperation. Carry out in-depth cooperation and exchanges in the field of nursing with international and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation in nursing management, institutional policies, personnel training, and nursing technology.
