Fever outpatients; outpatient and emergency surgery patients; patients undergoing risky procedures such as endoscopy; patients with symptoms related to new coronary pneumonia among general outpatients; persons with fever or respiratory symptoms among hospitalized patients; newly hospitalized patients and their escort staff. 3. International transportation related practitioners (including cleaning and ground staff). 4. Personnel who are engaged in port production, ship piloting, ship agency, cargo tally, material supply, ship repair and construction, pollutant reception, etc. boarding ships on international voyages. 5. Front-line staff of immigration, customs and market supervision systems. 6. Persons who have contact with imported cold chain food and other imported goods in the process of transportation, circulation and sales. 7.
