From 0:00 to 24:00 on April 26, 2022, Shandong Province reported 3 new local confirmed cases, all in Jinan. There were 66 new cases of local asymptomatic infection, including 36 in Yantai, 27 in Jinan, 2 in Binzhou and 1 in Linyi. There are no new confirmed cases imported from abroad. There were 4 new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad, including 3 cases in Qingdao, 2 cases imported from Singapore and 1 case imported from South Korea; 1 case from Heze, imported from Cambodia.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on April 26, 2022, 9 local confirmed cases in Shandong Province were discharged, including 3 in Qingdao and 3 in Weihai , 2 cases in Jinan, and 1 case in Binzhou. 28 cases of local asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation, including 8 cases in Weihai, 4 cases in Jinan, 4 cases in Linyi, 3 cases in Binzhou, 3 cases in Heze, 2 cases in Qingdao, 2 cases in Zibo, and 2 cases in Zaozhuang. No confirmed cases imported from abroad have been discharged from hospital in the province. 5 cases of imported asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation, including 4 cases in Weihai and 1 case in Jinan.
As of 24:00 on April 26, 2022, there are 57 local confirmed cases and 628 local asymptomatic infections in Shandong Province. The province currently has 5 confirmed cases imported from abroad and 10 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad.
