The Heilongjiang Copper Mine Project is specifically implemented by the Seventh Geological Prospecting Engineering Office of the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. Based on the construction situation, the project team actively coordinated epidemic prevention and control and career development, formulated a feasible construction plan, adhered to high standards, high quality, and strict requirements to ensure smooth, orderly, and high-standard progress of all work.
High standards for party building work. The project currently has one official party member, one prospective party member and one development target. In the work, we actively practice the concept of “promoting management through party building, promoting safety through party building, and promoting production through party building”, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, lead the project team to concentrate and overcome difficulties, and ensure the high-quality operation of the project.
High standard of safety production. Before the start of the project, personnel were organized for 9 days and 72 hours of safety training. During the implementation of the project, the pre-shift meeting system and shift records were strictly implemented, and the project staff’s grasp of the post operating procedures was checked regularly, and the results of the random checks were included in the performance appraisal.
High standards for epidemic prevention and control. Adhere to the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and conduct closed management of all personnel. Except for the designated procurement personnel, others are not allowed to leave the project site. Strengthen daily disinfection, mask wearing management, and regularly conduct nucleic acid testing. Up to now, 8 rounds of nucleic acid testing have been carried out as required, and the test results are all negative.
High standards for green exploration. In the process of site construction, in strict accordance with the requirements of green exploration, efforts are made to overcome the influence of extreme cold weather and frozen soil and other unfavorable factors, and various work measures should be carefully implemented to ensure that the construction site meets the construction requirements, and a standardized project department will be built.
High standards of technical quality. Strictly control the quality, monitor the whole process of construction quality, form a ledger for the problems found, and rectify within a time limit. Up to now, after self-inspection and random inspection, all indicators of drilling have met the technical requirements, and have been recognized and praised by Party A.
