He called me at this time, and I told him that the disease was indeed very dangerous and could be fatal at any time, requiring hospitalization, further examination, diagnosis and treatment. If there was no danger, the doctor would not Let you sign, and hurry to the hospital.
Trust your doctor
Nowadays, after seeing a doctor, many people often need to consult a doctor they know. If the disease is not critically ill, it is fine. If it is too urgent, there may be no time.
I know this patient who is a little bit distrustful of the doctor who sees him, thinking that the doctor is just scaring him, how could he be so seriously ill.
I told him that pulmonary embolism is most likely from the current examination, but pulmonary artery CTA or pulmonary angiography is still needed, because that is the gold standard, if it is diagnosed, it needs immediate treatment. Need to find out the reason further.
