Tian Shenquan, a member of the party group of the Municipal Transportation Bureau and a third-level researcher, introduced that by the end of last year, the city’s highways had The traffic mileage reached 21,250.5 kilometers, including 474 kilometers of expressways, 1,184 kilometers of ordinary national and provincial roads, and 19,592.5 kilometers of rural roads. The road density reached 243.7 kilometers per 100 square kilometers, ranking first in the province. This year, the city’s transportation infrastructure construction plans to complete an investment of more than 10 billion yuan, focusing on key projects such as high-speed rail, expressways, and the Liaocheng Outer Ring.
First, high-speed rail. The Liaocheng section of the Jizheng-Zheng high-speed railway plans to complete an investment of 5.86 billion yuan this year, and basically complete the erection of box beams. It is planned to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2023. The Liaocheng section of the Xiongshang high-speed railway plans to complete an investment of 3.5 billion yuan this year. Specific work such as surveying and demarcation, land clearing, “three power” and pipeline relocation will be started as soon as possible after the project starts, so as to create preconditions for speeding up the construction of the project. Actively cooperate with the development and reform departments to speed up the planning and advance of the Liaohan-Changzhou high-speed railway, the Shandong-Zhongshan Expressway (Liaocheng to Tai’an section) and the Liaocheng Airport and other projects, and strive for the early implementation of the project.
Second, the highway. This year, the reconstruction project of Liaocheng West Exit of Jiliao Expressway will be completed; the construction of Linqing Link of Deshang Expressway and Dong’e-Yanggu Expressway will be started; 3 expressways including Jinan-Dong’e, Jinan-Linqing and Dezhou-Gaotang will be actively promoted. The project is planned to be completed and opened to traffic at the end of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, and strengthen the interconnection with cities in the provincial capital economic circle. The preliminary work of the two projects of Ji-Liao Expressway Tangyi Interconnection and Qinglan Expressway Guguantun Interconnection was started.
Tian Shenquan introduced that the Dong’e-Yanggu Expressway project is about 60 kilometers long and covers an area of 7,571 mu. There are 1650m/5 bridges along the line; 616m/9 middle bridges; 2 hub interchanges, 5 general interchanges; 1 service area, 1 monitoring and communication sub-center, and 1 maintenance area. This expressway is the east extension of Xinnan Expressway, connecting Deshang and Deyun expressways from east to west, crossing Xinxian, Yanggu, and Dong’e counties (3.1 kilometers in Xinxian County, 33.1 kilometers in Yanggu, and 22.3 kilometers in Dong’e), radiating 8 A township (office), benefiting a population of nearly 1.5 million. After the completion of this expressway, it will play a great role in stimulating the economic and social development of the southern part of our city. At present, the preliminary design of the project has been basically completed, and investment promotion is being accelerated, and construction is planned to start before the end of the year.
Third, the Yellow River Bridge. Accelerate the construction progress of the Yellow River highway-railway bridge and highway connecting line project of the Liaoning-Thailand Railway; accelerate the preliminary work of the G105 (Beijing-Australia Line) Dong-A Yellow River Bridge and connecting line project, and strive to start construction as soon as possible.
In the next few years, our city will form an economic circle of the provincial capital city group and the peninsula city group in the east, the Central Plains Economic Zone in the west, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the north, and the Yangtze River Delta in the south. , A fast and efficient transportation network directly connected to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and a regional comprehensive three-dimensional transportation system of “high-speed network, high-speed rail superimposition, and aircraft take-off and landing” is established.
