National National Security Education Day is a festival established to enhance national security awareness and maintain national security. On July 1, 2015, Article 14 of the “National Security Law of the People’s Republic of China” passed by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress stipulates that April 15 is the National Security Education Day for the whole people every year.

What are the acts that endanger national security?
The “National Security Law of the People’s Republic of China” stipulates that: “Acts endangering national security” as mentioned in this law refer to those carried out by foreign institutions, organizations, or individuals, or instigated or funded by others, or domestic organizations, individuals, and others. Behaviors endangering national security committed in collusion with overseas institutions, organizations, and individuals. Specifically:
Conspiracy to subvert the government, split the country, or overthrow the socialist system;
Participate in a spy organization or accept tasks from espionage organizations and their agents; p>Stealing, spying, bribing, or illegally providing state secrets;
Instigating, seducing, or bribing state officials to defect;
Performing other sabotage activities that endanger national security.
