In strict accordance with the requirements of the “Notice on the Work Arrangement for the Performance Evaluation of the Construction of a Close Medical Community in Taishan City in 2021”, the evaluation team will take the form of consulting materials and on-site inspections to take responsibility for the two major medical communities in 2021. Community, management community, service community, interest community, key operation effect indicators, bonus points and other indicators are evaluated item by item.
After the evaluation, the evaluation team will hold a feedback meeting to give timely feedback on the evaluation situation, and urge all units to carefully sort out, check and fill gaps, and formulate practical rectification measures to ensure the implementation of the medical community construction work. in place. The meeting demanded that the two medical communities should speed up the construction of joint outpatient clinics and joint wards, chronic disease management centers, and two-way referral centers, standardize unified financial management, implement unified procurement and distribution of drugs and consumables, and take performance evaluation as the starting point to promote evaluation through evaluation. Reform, promote construction with evaluation, and combine evaluation and construction to continuously promote the healthy and steady development of medical community construction.
The meeting emphasized that all departments and member units of the medical community should fully recognize the great practical significance of building a close county-level medical community, focus on key points, pay close attention to implementation, and break the current inter-medical relationship between medical institutions.
