What kind of pot should I use to fry traditional Chinese medicine?

For decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, it is best to use a special casserole or crock pot. However, because the casserole has gaps, it is difficult to clean the oil stains inside. If you use the casserole you usually cook with, it will affect the efficacy of the medicine. And if the operation is not right, the casserole is very easy to burn and fry. How much water should I put in the decoction?

When decoction and water, many people will say that three bowls of water are boiled into half a bowl, or two bowls Boil into a bowl or something. Usually, before frying, the medicine should be soaked in cold water for half an hour to an hour, so that the active ingredients in the medicine can be easily dissolved. How long should the decoction be cooked?
