“What kind of colonoscopy are you going to do? Ordinary or painless?” the doctor asked kindly.

One day before the examination, I controlled my diet like this
The colonoscopy requires clearing the intestines, so you can only eat liquid or semi-liquid and other easy-to-digest foods the day before, you can choose porridge, noodle soup, wontons, etc.
This is not difficult for me. I eat wontons and steamed eggs at noon, and porridge for breakfast and at night. In order to reduce physical loss, I don’t move as much as I can, and I drink it when I’m really hungry. water.
One day before the examination, or at least 4-6 hours in advance, it is necessary to drink laxatives to clear the intestines. To put it bluntly, it is to clear the roadblocks for the subsequent colonoscopy observation, because if there is undigested food in the intestines or Excrement cannot be seen with a colonoscope.
My appointment was for an afternoon test, so I was ready to take laxatives at 7am on the day of the test. For this step, I feel uneasy, because the shadow of having diarrhea that was about to collapse is still vivid in my mind.
Second, I heard that drinking laxatives to clear the intestines is more painful than colonoscopy?
I mixed the two bags of compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes I got in 2~3 liters of warm water and stirred, drinking 250 ml every 10~15 minutes, and drink it within 2 hours. Finish drinking.
What is the concept of 2000ml? About the equivalent of drinking 8 cartons of milk.
But this electrolyte water is not as good as milk. I heard before that drinking laxatives is more painful than having a colonoscopy. Now I have a deep understanding of it.

I lay on my left side on the bed, curled my legs up to reveal my ass, and the nurse quickly smeared some kind of yellow oil on it, and I felt ashamed and a little comfortable…
After waiting for a while, the doctor probed into my body with a colonoscope, but there was not much pain, but the discomfort of being invaded by a foreign body.

Because there are many folds in the intestines, in order for the colonoscope to reach the end smoothly, it needs to be continuously inflated, and my intestines are like a balloon, constantly being inflated.
“It’s about to turn now, it might hurt a little…” When the colonoscope changed from a straight track to a curve, I felt that my “test” really began.
Stomach changed from discomfort to huge pain. It was obvious that the colonoscope was bumping left and right in the stomach. This time I really curled up all over, holding my inflated belly like holding a balloon that exploded at any time, and there were people inside constantly struggling to break out of the cage.
Who am I, where am I, what is the meaning of life, what will I eat tonight? Just when I was in so much pain that I doubted my life, and I felt sick to my stomach, suddenly, at a certain moment, I felt that the pain had reached its peak, like falling into a huge abyss and falling continuously.
I want to go home!
All the previous self-comfort and psychological construction collapsed in an instant. I was in a cold sweat and couldn’t help shouting, “Ah~ it hurts, it hurts, it hurts!”
