In order to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections, improve the quality of medical care and the knowledge of hospital infection among all hospital staff, on February 24, Luohe Maternal and Child Health Hospital (the third city hospital) held a 2022 hospital infection control management knowledge training meeting.
This training meeting was jointly carried out by the hospital’s infection control department, laboratory department, and pharmacy department, which effectively promoted the Management of medical waste disposal, collection and transport of clinical microbial specimens, status of bacterial resistance and continuous improvement of antimicrobial applications.
The work of nosocomial infection involves multiple disciplines and departments, and runs through all clinical links and the entire process of medical activities. Through this training, the multi-department joint management mode was adopted, which strengthened the awareness of medical staff’s sense control, promoted the implementation of measures to prevent and control nosocomial infection, improved the quality of sense control management, and made hospital sense control management more scientific and standardized.
