Through multi-disciplinary MDT cooperation such as PICU, ECMO center, adult ICU, vascular surgery, anesthesiology, etc., the patient was successfully weaned on the 22nd.

It is reported that Xuanxuan, an 11-year-old school-age child who was transferred to the transfer, developed fatigue, shortness of breath, and confusion after strenuous exercise on the afternoon of the 16th and was immediately sent to Ningxiang City People’s Hospital for treatment. After a sudden cardiac arrest that night, after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and tracheal intubation ventilator-assisted ventilation, the hemodynamic instability and malignant arrhythmia were urgently in need of ECMO cardiac support. Zhao Shangping, director of the hospital’s ECMO center, led the children’s ECMO team to provide ECMO support for the emergency intubation of the child. ECMO was transported overnight with a machine, and arrived at the PICU at 3:25 a.m. on the 17th. Director Professor Chen Chunyuan’s team carried out emergency treatment for the child in the early morning. .

The child is in a very critical condition with extremely poor circulation, malignant arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, ischemia and hypoxia A series of diseases such as sexual encephalopathy, pulmonary edema, electrolyte disturbance and hyperlactatemia are imminent and life is at stake. With the cooperation of multidisciplinary MDT such as ECMO Center, Adult ICU, Vascular Surgery, and Anesthesiology Department, the PICU medical and nursing team has formulated a careful and rigorous personalized treatment plan for the children.

After 6 days of strict monitoring and rescue, under the careful treatment and care of all the medical staff in the PICU and the hospital ECMO With the close cooperation and active cooperation of the center, clinical pharmacology, nutrition, vascular surgery and other specialties, the condition has gradually improved.
