Finger points

Fengchi point, on both sides of the tendon behind the forehead parallel to the earlobe. We can place the thumbs of both hands on Fengchi Point and press and rub it for dozens of times; Zusanli Point is located on the outer side of the calf, four horizontal fingers under the outer knee, and one horizontal finger on the front edge of the tibia. With the index finger and middle finger, press firmly on the Zusanli point on the same side, slowly rub it dozens of times, and then alternately rub the other side. Doing so can relieve the wind and relieve the external appearance, strengthen the health and eliminate the evil effect.

Wearing a sachet

A variety of traditional Chinese medicines such as mugwort, calamus, patchouli, basil, angelica, and nepeta can be made into sachets, which have the effect of fragrant and defilement. It is very helpful for the prevention of colds.
