Recently, the 2021 Shaanxi Provincial Talent Program was announced, and the City Red Cross Hospital’s innovation team for precision stepped treatment of osteoarthritis was selected into the 2021 Shaanxi Province “Sanqin Scholars” Innovation Team Support Program.
The team was led by Ma Jianbing, director of the knee joint ward of the Joint Disease Hospital of the Red Cross Hospital. All team members have master’s degrees, and 6 of them have obtained doctoral degrees. The research background is highly comprehensive. Undertook 4 National Natural Science Foundation of China, more than 20 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, and the cumulative scientific research funding support exceeded 2 million. The team will continue to adhere to advanced treatment concepts such as minimally invasive surgery, precision surgery, individualized treatment and fast recovery surgery in the next five years, and is committed to realizing precise and individualized stepped treatment of osteoarthritis.
The 2021 Shaanxi Provincial Talent Plan is based on the “Implementation Measures” of the Shaanxi Provincial Talent Plan and the 2021 Talent Plan Review Work Arrangement. Wait for the procedures, and report to the Provincial Party Committee Talent Work Leading Group for approval and publicize it for confirmation. It includes two parts, the “Special Support Plan” of Shaanxi Province and the “Three Qin Scholars” Innovation Team Support Plan of Shaanxi Province in 2021.
