1. To report by telephone, call the national unified report acceptance telephone number: 12339.
2. To report online, log on to the website of the Ministry of State Security’s Internet Report Acceptance Platform: www.12339.gov.cn.
3. Report on the spot and report directly to the local national security agency.
The national security agency keeps the whistleblower strictly confidential, and if it is verified to be true, the whistleblower will be rewarded according to its importance.
