March 21 is the 22nd World Sleep Day. Recently, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association The Sleep Medicine Professional Committee and OPPO Health released the “2021 Urban Migrant Workers Sleep Report” (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”). Based on valid questionnaire survey data and OPPO big data analysis, it revealed the sleep health status of office workers in multiple dimensions, and gave the report. Come up with scientific advice to improve sleep.

The report shows that poor sleep quality among office workers has become a common problem, with only 30.6% of office workers reaching the standard for deep sleep time. The analysis results based on OPPO health big data show that about 25% of urban office workers snoring while sleeping, potentially at risk of sleep apnea. It can be seen that the sleep health problems caused by “snoring” cannot be ignored, but only a small number of users are obstructive. Know about sleep apnea syndrome. Sleep quality is closely related to physical and mental health.

The report data shows that when the quality of sleep is not good, nearly 50% of office workers show symptoms such as memory loss and inattention. Nearly a quarter of office workers who slept less than 6 hours were overweight and 45% had facial skin problems. In contrast, office workers who go to bed early and wake up early are less likely to have skin problems. The report also made an in-depth analysis of the relationship between sleep habits and lifestyle, including commuting distance and sleep, sleep conditions in different industries, and the impact of parenting on sleep.

The data shows that the education, service and Internet industries are the “hardest hit areas” for low-quality sleep. The commuting distance and sleep duration are not simple linear relationships. People with commuting time greater than 2 hours sleep time are often more guaranteed. In the fast-paced life of the city, it is very necessary to know your sleep status at any time.

Sleep health is also one of the key directions that OPPO Health Lab focuses on. In early 2021, after OPPO officially established the Health Lab, OPPO began to promote self-developed health-related algorithms such as heart rate, ECG, and snoring detection. Build the underlying innovative technologies centered on health algorithms, sensors, data science, and biomedicine, and provide rich and long-term health services for the majority of OPPO users in areas such as sleep health.

Currently, OPPO smart wearable devices have implemented comprehensive sleep monitoring functions, including second-level real-time sleep blood oxygen monitoring, sleep heart rate analysis, and sleep state monitoring such as deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness.
