Patients and their families should report their body temperature and cold symptoms. Cooperate with the staff to pre-check, such as temperature measurement, consultation, physical examination, nucleic acid test according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and show the health code.

All patients and their families entering the hospital should wear masks consciously , do not remove the mask at will.

To reduce your waiting time, we recommend morning dialysis Patients arrive at the dialysis room between 7:30-8:00, and patients on dialysis in the afternoon arrive at the dialysis room between 12:30-13:00. In order not to affect the treatment of the next shift of patients, such as those who are late without asking for leave, the treatment time needs to be reduced.

If special circumstances require a leave of absence, please leave one day in advance Contact the doctor and obtain permission. If you do not ask for leave in advance and cause waste of consumables, you will need to pay for the consumables at your own expense according to social security regulations.

The hemodialysis room adopts an unaccompanied system. Please leave the family members as soon as possible and wait in the waiting hall as soon as possible.

Keep the ward quiet. Please turn down the volume of your mobile phone during treatment, or wear headphones so as not to affect other patients.

We provide a locker for long-term dialysis patients. Please keep the cabinet hygienic and cannot store food and valuables.

Dizziness, nausea and palpitation may occur during hemodialysis , sweating, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, muscle cramps and other uncomfortable symptoms, if you have symptoms of appeal, please inform the medical staff in time.

When the treatment is over, the nurse will help you get off the plane as soon as possible . If several patients get off the machine at the same time, please wait patiently and rest assured that the machine will still remove toxins for you at this time, and will not continue to be dehydrated, so as to fully ensure your safety. If there is any discomfort, the nurse will give you priority to get off the plane.
