In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the region-wide conference on optimizing the business environment, and promote the in-depth discussion of the municipal judicial and administrative system. On April 2, the Tongliao Municipal Bureau of Justice organized a seminar on typical cases of the discussion event “Welcome to the 20th National Congress, Optimize the Business Environment under the Rule of Law, Serve and Ensure High-Quality Development”.
The meeting studied the “Typical Cases of Political and Legal Organs Involving Business Environment in the Region” issued by the Political and Legal Committee of the Autonomous Region Party Committee, Comrades participating in the meeting conducted in-depth analysis in combination with the responsibilities of the department and expressed that they would conduct a comparative inspection to carefully investigate and rectify their own problems.
The meeting pointed out that judicial and administrative organs should fully realize that fulfilling their duties in accordance with the law and equally protecting the healthy development of the private economy is an important issue. The judiciary is bound by political, legal and social responsibilities. Through in-depth analysis of typical cases, check out the responsibilities and missions shouldered by them in optimizing the legalized business environment, identify their own problems and deficiencies, and strive to solve the problems in the root of thinking and the gap in the implementation of functions.
The meeting emphasized that organizing and carrying out education on typical cases can guide the majority of political and legal police officers to further change the concept of law enforcement and justice, establish initiative Service awareness, study and solve the difficult and gambling problems faced by the development of enterprises, ensure that the discussion on optimizing the business environment under the rule of law achieves practical results, and contribute to the realization of high-quality economic and social development of the rule of law.
