Beijing Market Supervision The Administration pointed out that 58 Daojia violated the relevant provisions of the “Price Law of the People’s Republic of China”. According to the first paragraph of Article 40 of the “Price Law of the People’s Republic of China” and Article 7 of the “Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Price Violations”, the bureau ordered May 8 Daojia to correct the above-mentioned illegal acts, and decided to punish as follows: 1.
