The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau pointed out that Swan Daojia’s above-mentioned behavior violated the relevant provisions of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China. According to the Credit China website, after investigation, May 8 Daojia Co., Ltd. produced the WeChat applet “Daojia Assistant” for internal use in May 2021, and provided it to its wholly-owned subsidiary Swan Daojia Education Technology Co., Ltd. The company’s sales team in Beijing is used to publicize the housekeeping skills training service course and make quotations. In the promotional page of the course introduction “whole house organization and storage project” generated by the “Home Assistant” applet, there is the word “¥2980 ¥3980” . After verification, the parties have not conducted transactions at the price of 3980 yuan under the line, and there is no sales record.

Beijing Market Supervision The Administration pointed out that 58 Daojia violated the relevant provisions of the “Price Law of the People’s Republic of China”.
