The opening ceremony of Fujian Medical University Women and Children’s Clinic
Held in Fujian Maternity and Children’s Health Hospital
Chen Xiaochun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Fujian Medical University; Lin Xu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Fujian Medical University; She Feifei, vice president of Fujian Medical University, and others attended the ceremony, and jointly unveiled the “Fujian Medical University Women and Children’s Clinical Medical College” together with Cao Hua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Zhang Zhengmian, Dean.
In recent years, Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital has promoted hospital reforms and comprehensively improved service capabilities and medical technology. The provincial maternity hospital has been completed and put into use one after another, and the hospital has entered a new journey of coordinated and leapfrog development among the three hospitals.
The School of Clinical Medicine is the main unit of clinical teaching and scientific research in the school. It undertakes the construction of disciplines, majors, and courses, and implements teaching, scientific research, and student management.
In the future, the Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital will take this opportunity, relying on Fujian Medical University, to benchmark against the national team, and to narrow the gap with domestic high-level hospitals in difficult and critical diagnosis and treatment, clinical research, personnel training, hospital services, etc. The gap between high-level hospitals, cultivate new heights of medical education and scientific research, focus on promoting the all-round high-quality development of medicine, teaching, research, and management, and effectively improve the overall quality of the province’s women and children’s health care, prevention, and health care teams, contributing to the province’s 24.45 million Women and children provide better maternal and child health services.
