On November 23, the reporter learned from the CNOOC unit in Tianjin that the offshore construction site of Phase I development project of Bozhong 19-6 condensate gas field, the first 100 billion cubic meter large gas field in Bohai Sea Recently, as the 8-inch submarine pipeline terminated and headed into the sea, the highest pressure submarine pipeline independently designed and installed by my country was laid, marking an important breakthrough in my country’s offshore high-pressure gas field development engineering capabilities, which is of great significance for ensuring national energy security.
As the “main artery” of offshore oil and gas transportation and gas injection development, submarine pipelines are known as As the “lifeline” of the offshore oil and gas production system, the design, manufacture and installation technology of submarine pipelines is one of the important symbols to test the overall level of a country’s offshore oil and gas engineering industry. It is understood that the Bozhong 19-6 project is a high-pressure gas field. In order to expand the transportation capacity, improve the recovery rate of the gas field and prolong the development life of the gas field, the project adopts an ultra-high pressure cycle gas injection development plan. At present, the operating pressure of domestic submarine pipelines usually does not exceed 30 MPa. The maximum operating pressure of the Bozhong 19-6 project reaches 50 MPa, and high-pressure gas needs to be transported from the booster platform to the production line through a long-distance submarine pipeline of up to 8.6 kilometers. Platform, which is the first time in China, poses severe challenges to engineering design and construction. This project has achieved comprehensive independent localization from materials, design, technology to construction, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent development of ultra-high pressure gas fields in China.
Currently, all jackets in the Phase I development project block of Bozhong 19-6 Condensate Gas Field The construction has been completed, and the submarine pipeline is under construction steadily. The overall project is planned to be completed by the end of 2023. After the gas field is put into use, it will provide clean energy guarantee for the high-quality social and economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Bohai Rim region.
