According to the “Notice of the Civil Aviation Administration on the Trial Implementation of the Adjustment of Circuit Breaker Measures for International Scheduled Passenger Flights” (Civil Aviation Letter [2021] No. 278), circuit breaker measures are now implemented for the above-mentioned flights.

1. From August 8, the operation of China Eastern Airlines flight MU524 (entering Shanghai from August) will be suspended for 2 flights. The blown flight volume shall not be used for other routes.

2. From August 8, the operation of Aeroflot flight SU208 will be suspended for 4 times. The blown flight volume shall not be used for other routes.

The above-mentioned airlines should, under the guidance of the local embassy and consulates, do a good job in providing services such as reassurance for passengers on subsequent flights and ticket refunds and changes.
