In March this year, Xu from Huai’an posted a message in his circle of friends, saying that He has a channel to make an appointment for the nine-valent HPV vaccine, the price is 4,500 yuan, and he can pay him an additional 300 yuan “reservation fee”. As soon as the news was sent, someone contacted Xu.
The suspect Xu explained that he was mostly female college students who consulted, and the total transfer amount was 45,000 yuan.
After paying, the students never waited for the vaccination notification. Faced with doubts, Xu used various reasons to delay. It was not until the beginning of May that they realized that they had been deceived and hurriedly reported the case, but the money from the deception had been squandered by the suspect.
It is understood that Xu is a repeat offender. He once collected money from the victim in the circle of friends in the name of selling shoes and refused to ship it. He was also dealt with by the police in Taizhou, Zhejiang, Yangzhou, Jiangsu and other places because of this, and was sentenced.
At present, Xu has been taken criminal compulsory measures by the police for suspected fraud, and the case is further under investigation.
Remind women that they need to go to a regular institution to make an appointment for HPV vaccine. , so as not to be deceived.
